If I'm renting online, when will my instrument be delivered?
We visit schools weekly. Your student's instrument will be delivered within 8 days* of your order. If you want more information on when we visit your child's school, please call us at 1 248 629 9272.
*Students who attend Farms Intermediate in Hartland will receive their orders within 15 days.
How do I return our instrument rental?
Instruments can returned at our Madison Heights store, our Troy store, our Macomb store, or any of our Sub Dealers, see Locations. We can also pick the instrument up from your student's school. Contact us and let us know you'd like to return the instrument at the school, and we can arrange to pick it up.
What if my student wants to change instruments?
Instruments can be exchanged at any time with your student's teacher's approval. You can stop in at any of our locations, or call us at 1 248 629 9272, and we can arrange an exchange of instruments at your student's school.
How do I pay my bill and when is it due?
Upon renting an instrument, you will receive a pack of payment slips for the first 9 months of your rental. You can mail in checks with these slips, you can call and make payments on the phone with a credit/debit card, you can stop into any of these locations and pay cash, check, or charge, you can pay online here, or you can call us at 1 248 629 9272 and set up automatic payments. Upon completing your first 9 payments, we will send another book of payment slips.
Your due date will be one month from the date of your rental transaction, and it will be noted on the payment slips you receive.
Can I change my due date?
If your initial rental date isn't a convenient due date for you, call us and we'd be happy to change your payment due date.
What if my instrument breaks?
Necessary maintenance coverage is included while the instrument is being rented. For exclusions, see Terms of Agreement.
What if my instrument is stolen?
In the event of theft by forced entry, a police report must be filed within 48 hours of theft and payment of $25.00 must be made, and we will replace the instrument with one of equal value.
